Votre arceau de sécurité doit être équipé de mousse ininflammable de protection aux endroits où il peut y avoir contact avec le casque ou le corps. Pour les voitures ouvertes, le sommet du casque doit être à 5 cm, ou plus, sous le sommet de l’arceau.

Pour ceux qui ont des licences nationales (NCC), il vous sera demandé une autorisation de courir à l’étranger. Cette autorisation vous sera délivrée par votre Comité Régional du Sport Automobile dont dépend votre Asa. Vous trouverez le formulaire en fichier joint. Sans ce document vous ne serez pas acceptés. Pour ceux qui possèdent une licence Internationale (ICCC), cette démarche n’est pas nécessaire.

En fichier joint ci-dessous, vous trouverez également le "Carnet de bord" de l’événement. Vous y trouverez TOUS les renseignements qui vous serons utiles pour le paddock, les stationnements, les horaires, etc. Nous effectuerons les vérifications administratives et techniques de vendredi 14h00 à samedi 13h00. L’administratif et le briefing se feront au 1er étage de l’escalier 2 du bâtiment des stands F1 (sous la brasserie). Les vérifications techniques se feront près de la station-service (Total) ou dans les stands. Ce sont nos amis belges qui s’en chargeront. Attention aux sièges, harnais ou extincteurs qui pourraient être périmés. Toutes vos voitures seront dans les box de la pitlane endurance (descente de l’Eau Rouge).

Your roll cage must be equipped with non-flammable paddings where the occupants’ bodies or helmets could come into contact with the bars. For the open cars, the top of the helmet must be, at least, 5 cm under the top of the roll cage.

For those using a National license, it is mandatory to have permission from their ASN to race in a foreign country. If you have an International license, this is not necessary.

On attached files, you will find the "Log Book" of the meeting with ALL the necessary information concerning the timetable, the parking, the paddocks, etc. Sign on and technical scrutineering will start on Friday 2 pm to end on Saturday at 1 pm. Sign on and the briefing will be at the 1st floor of the stairway 2 of the F1 building (under the Brasserie). The technical scrutineering will be near the petrol station (Total) or in the boxes. All the cars will be in the boxes of the Endurance pit lane (near L’Eau Rouge). It will be made by our Belgian technic friends. Make sure that the harnesses, the seats and the fire extinguishers are not expired.
